This Halloween Is gonna get bloody

This is my submit for @Blitzilla's Halloween collab, I got the Idea of a Vampire Ruby for this month hanging around for a while and this collab is the perfect moment for doing it. still In a rough stage, but It will get better, also some good feedback can help too.
